the staff were excellent throughout the hotel, particularly in the bar area. i found the room clean upon arrival with smart furniture. the Koukash restaurant was enjoyable, and i savored every item from the tapas selection. the breakfast selection was extensive with a good quality range of options.

The location was superb. The service provided by the staff was really good. The hotel was well-kept and clean. The room was very spacious with many extras, like a hairdryer and an ironing board.
The pillows were way too soft. None of the eight we had for two beds were any better.

I appreciated the superb service from all staff. i also found the hotel to be well maintained and very clean. the room was spacious. It included a hairdryer, iron, ironing board, and many toiletries. the bed was very comfortable, and i slept well.
The bath taps were loose. It was difficult to run a bath because they twisted when turned. it was a minor inconvenience . i hope they fix it soon.
